Lee Joon-ki is Back to Showbiz!

Lee Joon-ki (李准基) has just completed his mandatory military service yesterday on Feb. 16.

Two years ago, Lee Joon-ki entered the Nonsan Training Base in the South on the 3rd of May 2010 and served duty at the Public Relations department in the Department of Defense.



Yesterday, Lee Joon-ki (30) was discharged. His management IMX announced, "Lee Joon-ki will be greeting fans who have waited for him for so long in front of the Yongsan Department of Defense this morning at 8AM.

There will be about 1,500 fans, including some from China and Japan, waiting for him in the "Reunion JG" event being held at Sangmyeong University Art Center at 3PM. It will be a one-hour event. Tickets for the event went on sale on Jan. 10 and sold out in one minute.

IMX said, "There have been many questions from foreign and Korean fans about his future plans. He should land with a good project soon".

Lee Joon-ki rose to stardom in the 2005 movie "The King and the Clown" and starred in dramas like "Iljimae", "Time Between Dog and Wolf - Drama" and "My Girl".

Lee Joon-ki just came back and his agency already has a jam-packed scheduled prepared for him.

First, Lee will release a new album in Japan next month, betting that his popularity there outlasted his military service.Titled "Deucer", the album is comprised of four new songs selected by the entertainer."The new single will mark the second phase of my life after conscription", Lee said.

"The title track 'Together' encapsulates the feeling of optimism that I have about the future".

Later in the month, Lee will travel to Japan and hold fan meetings there from March 16 to 19.

He will also hold promotional events for the new album.
