Donghae of Super Junior to make acting debut through SBS drama

Super Junior’s Donghae, is making acting debut through an upcoming SBS Mon-Tue drama titled "It’s Okay, Daddy’s Daughter". Still cuts from his role were released and now a video teaser for the drama has been revealed.



In the teaser, Donghae is seen briefly on the phone as a construction worker and mentions the death of his hyung (meaning: elder brother). The teaser also displays Samsung's recently released Galaxy Tab device. Check it out below:



In "It's okay, Daddy's Daughter", Donghae will be playing the male lead named Choi Wook Gi, who is a diligent and responsible young construction worker who experiences hardships in life and later becomes a member of the band "Oh Hob Ji Jon". He will be acting alongside CN Blue’s Kang Min Hyuk, Moon Chae Won and Jun Tae Soo.

Super Junior member Kim Heechul acted in "Golden Bride", Choi Siwon acted in "Oh! My Lady", "Athena: The Goddess of war"and Shindong is currently appearing in the drama "Doctor Champ". Now it's finally Donghae's turn. I have a friend who idolizes Donghae. I bet he's overjoyed. :D

Donghae stated, "I'm nervous and excited because this is my first time acting in a drama. I will work hard for everyone to see a good performance. Please give It's okay, Daddy's Daughter and the character Choi Wook Gi your love and support."

“It’s Okay, Daddy’s Daughter” will air its pilot episode on the 22nd at 8:50 PM.
